You have the right to request deletion of your personal data from Truvest under GDPR, India's DPDP Act, and the requirements of Meta's Platform Terms. Use this page to submit a request — we will process it within 30 days.
Fill out the form with your details. This works whether you are a current Truvest account holder, a former user, or a contact (someone whose phone number or email appears in a Truvest customer's database).
Option 2 — Email us directly
Send an email to info@truvest.cloud from the email address associated with your account or the contact data you want deleted. Please include:
- Your full name
- The email and/or phone number to delete
- The name of the Truvest business that holds your data (if you're a contact, not a user)
- A clear statement: "I request deletion of my personal data under applicable privacy laws."
What data is deleted
- Account profile (name, email, phone, avatar, role assignments)
- Contacts you own, including custom fields and notes
- WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook conversation history
- Connected Meta credentials (WABA ID, Phone Number ID, System User tokens)
- Payment records (retained only where required by Indian tax law for up to 7 years, in an anonymised form)
- Uploaded files, KYC documents, agreement PDFs, CSV exports
- AI chatbot training data and knowledge sources
- Analytics, activity logs and audit trails tied to your user ID
What is retained (and why)
We retain the following only where required by law:
- Invoice and GST records — 7 years (Indian tax law, anonymised where possible)
- Audit logs required for fraud / security investigations — 1 year (with personal identifiers removed)
- Backups containing deleted data — overwritten within 90 days
No retained data is ever used for marketing, analytics or secondary purposes.
Facebook / Meta data specifically
If you connected a Facebook Page, WhatsApp Business Account, or Instagram account to Truvest and want only that integration removed (without deleting your Truvest account):
- Log in to Truvest
- Go to Settings → WhatsApp or Settings → Facebook Lead Ads or Settings → Instagram
- Click Disconnect
Alternatively, you can revoke Truvest's access directly from Meta:
Once access is revoked on Meta's side, we purge the associated tokens, pages, WABAs, form definitions and cached leads within 48 hours.
Response timeline
- Acknowledgement: within 3 business days
- Identity verification: up to 7 days (we may email you to confirm)
- Full deletion: within 30 days of verification
- Backup purge: within 90 days
