How we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
Last updated: April 1, 2026
When you register, we collect your name, email address, business name, city, and phone number. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google OAuth.
To enable WhatsApp Business API functionality, you provide us with your WhatsApp Phone Number ID, WhatsApp Business Account ID (WABA ID), and Meta access token. These are stored securely and used solely to send and receive messages on your behalf through the Meta API.
You may import or create contacts on our platform. This data — including names, phone numbers, email addresses, and tags — belongs to you. We process it only on your instructions as a data processor, never as a data controller.
Messages sent and received through our platform are stored in our database to provide you with inbox, analytics, and history features. We do not read, analyse, or use message content for any purpose other than delivering our service to you.
We automatically collect IP addresses, browser type, device information, pages visited, and usage patterns (e.g., messages sent per month). This helps us improve platform performance and diagnose issues.
Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your full card or bank details. We receive and store transaction IDs, order IDs, and payment amounts from Razorpay for billing purposes.
If you submit an enquiry through our website, we collect your name, phone number, email address, business name, and city to follow up with you.
When you use AI-powered features — including the AI chatbot, AI-assisted lead search, sentiment analysis, and AI-generated suggestions — the relevant message content, contact details, or search query involved is sent to our third-party AI provider, OpenAI, solely to generate the response or analysis you requested. We do not send your account password, payment details, or other unrelated personal data to OpenAI. See Section 3 for details on this third-party sharing, and Section 8 for how to control AI features.
We do not use your data or your customers' data for advertising, profiling, or selling to third parties.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We share data only in these limited circumstances:
We implement industry-standard security measures including:
